All passwords we store are "hashed" and "salted" using the latest encryption. Accordingly, no passwords are kept in plain text; and we do not store credit card numbers. Additionally, local and offsite back-ups are performed regularly to ensure your data is safe. We also have the "Anonymous" mode available for when you post the Executive Summary to the Listings page and, if desired, for when you do download a pdf.

- Having reviewed countless numbers of IMs as a Buyer of pharmacies during my time working with API/Priceline and Ramsay Health/Ramsay Pharmacy, I saw an opportunity to bring my vision for an IM to the market that detailed appropriate levels of information and analysis. The platform will identify problems within a pharmacy and so there will be an opportunity, always with the Owner in control, to refer the Owner/Pharmacy to "Valued Partners” for assistance with issues ranging from pharmacy finance, broker services, accounting advice, lease negotiations, digital marketing expertise and HR and Roster or culture support etc; and
- Essentially, having been a long term business owner, MPA is such an outstanding exercise to undertake on an annual basis (consider it an Owner’s Annual Performance & Investment Review) I wish there was something like this available when I owned my own businesses!
- There truly is no better way to roadmap the value, strengths, and weaknesses of a pharmacy than to step outside of the physical environment, sit down and complete an MPA assessment/review of your pharmacy’s data;
- MPA will act as an inexpensive, online, user friendly portal to better understand your pharmacy, particularly its value;
- It can also highlight areas of strengths and pinpoint areas of weakness in a pharmacy so that an Owner(s) can focus on those core strengths whilst addressing weaknesses;

This process will create a “deeper Buying Market” and thus the opportunity to create better value for their pharmacy in a sale transaction;

Bankers looking to undertake periodic “desktop valuations” of their existing pharmacy clients could use the platform between periodic/mandatory Professional Valuations undertaken by qualified (and professionally indemnified) Panel Valuers. Additionally, Pharmacy Groups looking to better understand the key drivers, dynamics and KPIs of their franchise base can seek “Anonymous” results for more accurate and more detailed data sets; and finally, Buyers can look to process data contained in Information Memorandums (IMs) received from other Industry Brokers can undertake, via the platform, an independent assessment of those datasets received on any prospective acquisition.

- MPA’s value as a platform can be as diverse and as multifaceted as an Owner can imagine in a business sense;
- An example would be the fear an Owner may experience in having a Professional Valuation undertaken - a real and intense look ‘under the hood’ of their pharmacy by an outside party. MPA can be a mechanism that not only allows an Owner to privately confront those fears, but a way of identifying areas needing attention or deficiencies requiring attention; and another example may be
- A Junior Partner looking to understand their value in a pharmacy, possibly for borrowing purposes. This platform will give these Junior Partners a better understanding of their own minority holding.
